Consultant specializing in implementation, optimization and strategic consulting on Asana, Matt has six years of practical experience in supporting business, technical and cross-functional teams. With a 20-year background in digital design and diachronic data visualization, he brings a “systems thinking” approach to building clear, scalable and intuitive Asana workspaces. Having evolved in complex sectors such as mining, engineering, architecture and energy, Matt excels at deciphering how organizations actually work and translating it into perfectly structured Asana systems. She got her start on the tool at a home improvement company in Nashville, Tennessee, where she managed operational workflows, before supporting the implementation of the platform for a real estate development organization in Dallas, Texas. Her background, including positions as Operations Manager and Development Associate, gives her a deep understanding of how systems and processes support the growth of teams. Driven by a passion for organization and well-designed systems, Kelsea enjoys setting up Asana in an intuitive and engaging way. What particularly motivates her?
